摘要
通过实验室氧化增重试验和恒温结构转变试验系统研究了不同时间和温度条件下炊具用钢的氧化动力学和FeO的转变行为。根据不同温度下氧化增重数据,推导出炊具用钢的氧化激活能为161.283 kJ/mol;根据氧化铁皮结构及共析反应,绘制出氧化铁皮的等温转变曲线,确定FeO层发生先共析转变和共析转变的“鼻温区”均为500℃左右。根据试验结果对生产工艺进行了调整,产品的表面质量得到明显提升。
Oxidation kinetics and transformation behaviors of FeO formed on cooking steel were studied by oxidation weight gain test and constant-temperature transformation test at different oxidation temperatures and different holding times in laboratory.According to the data on oxidation weight gain at different temperatures,the oxidation activation energy of cooking steel was deduced,being 161.283 kJ/mol.According to the structure change and eutectoid reaction of iron oxide scale,the isotherm transformation curve of oxide scale was drawn,and it was determined that the“nose temperature”of proeutectoid transformation and eutectoid reaction of FeO was about 500℃.According to the experimental results,the actual production process was adjusted properly,with the result that the surface quality of the product was improved obviously.
