摘要
采用真空电子束焊接技术,将2块相同尺寸的13MnNiMoR钢连铸坯焊接成特厚铸坯,再热轧成150 mm厚的锅炉汽包用钢板,并对钢板进行了调质处理而不是通常的正火、回火。检测了钢板沿厚度方向的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:钢板不同部位的常温和高温力学性能均满足GB 713—2014要求,组织为回火贝氏体,晶粒均匀细小,抗层状撕裂性能良好,超声波检验表明,钢板质量符合NB/T 47013.1—2015的I级。
Two pieces of continuously cast billet of 13MnNiMoR steel identical in dimension were made into an extra-heavy blank by a vacuum electron beam welding technology,then hot-rolled into 150-mm-thick plate that may be used for boiler steam header.The plate was subjected to quenching-and-tempering rather than to common normalizing and tempering,and tested for mechanical properties and microstructure along the lines of its thickness.The results demonstrated that mechanical properties in different positions of the plate at normal and elevated temperatures all conformed with requirements of GB 713—2014,and the plate exbibited tempered bainite,fine and uniform grains,and good resistance to laminar tearing.From ultrasonic inspection it was seen that the quality of the plate accorded with grade I of NB/T 47013.1—2015.
