摘要
通过分析县域生态风险的构成特点,构建了基于生态敏感性和生态干扰度的县域生态风险综合评价模型,提出了模型计算的方法流程,得到县域生态风险综合指数,随后根据综合指数的大小完成了县域生态风险等级的空间划分,进而归类为不同的生态风险防控分区。以安徽省绩溪县为案例,应用县域生态风险评价模型和方法,得到极低、低、中、高、极高5种风险区,在此基础上按照未来发展预期,提出开发型和保护型两种生态风险防控分区方案,并细化为一级、二级和三级3类生态风险防控区,最后提出针对性的策略建议。该研究可为县域生态风险评价提供理论方法参考和实践应用借鉴,为县域生态环境保护与可持续发展提供科学的决策依据。
By analyzing the composition characteristics of county ecological risk,a comprehensive evaluation model of county ecological risk based on ecological sensitivity and ecological interference is constructed,and the process of model calculation is also put forward.Then,according to the comprehensive ecological risk index obtained by applying the proposed model,the spatial division of different county ecological risk levels is completed.These areas are further classified into different types of ecological risk prevention and control zones.Taking Jixi County in Anhui Province as an example,five types of ecological risk areas including very low,low,medium,high and very high are obtained based on the comprehensive evaluation model of county ecological risk.On this basis,according to the future development expectations,two sets of ecological risk prevention and control zoning schemes,developed and protected,are proposed and refined into three types of ecological risk prevention and control zones,i.e.first,second and third class.Finally,some specific strategies and suggestions are proposed.The study can provide references of theoretical method and practical application for county ecological risk evaluation.It also can provide scientific basis for county ecological protection and sustainable development.
