摘要
西部陆海新通道建设上升为国家战略后,在基础设施建设、通关便利化等方面取得了显著成效。然而,受参与方经济发展水平有异、跨区域协调不足、物流竞争无序、基础设施水平滞后等诸多因素影响,通道建设面临着一系列难题,亟待加强基础设施互联互通,加大政府间沟通协调,提高通关便利化水平,强化货源组织以及资金支撑,破除通道建设瓶颈,将西部陆海新通道打造成为西部地区连接东盟、中亚、南亚地区的国际贸易物流主通道,成为“一带一路”框架下跨国跨区域合作的典范。
After the rapid development of the new land sea channel in the West as a national strategy,remarkable achievements have been made in infrastructure construction and customs clearance facilitation.By the participants,however,have different economic development level,crossregional coordination insufficiency,the level of competition,the logistics infrastructure lag and so on many factors,channel construction is facing a series of problems,to strengthen infrastructure interconnectivity,strengthen communication and coordination between the government,improve the level of customs clearance facilitation,to strengthen the supply of goods and capital support,break bottleneck channel construction,connect The new land sea channel in the West the association of south-east Asian nations,central Asia,South Asia international trade logistics,in the main as“area”under the framework of transnational inter-regional cooperation model.
