大采高工作面未采阶段注浆加固技术研究

Research on Grouting Reinforcement Technology in Unmined Stage of Large Mining Height Face

摘要 采用FLAC3D模拟6301大采高工作面未采阶段注浆前后围岩应力变化和变形量,根据模拟结果可知,注浆加固后围岩应力和变形量都有了明显的减小。采用先顶板后两帮顺序注浆加固未采阶段,注浆后顶板下沉速率注浆减小并趋于稳定,有利于提高工作面回撤时施工进度及安全。 FLAC3D was used to simulate the stress change and deformation of surrounding rock before and after grouting at 6301 high mining face.According to the simulation results,the stress and deformation of surrounding rock after grouting have been significantly reduced.Sequential grouting is used to reinforce the unmined stage first,The grouting of the sinking rate of the roof after grouting decreases and tends to be stable,which is beneficial to improve the working face withdrawal Construction progress and safety.
