摘要
基于复合材料液体成型工艺(LCM)过程中存在树脂流动前沿出现半饱和区域的实验现象,以及对多孔纤维预制体中非饱和渗流机理的逐步研究,将填充过程视为流体在多孔介质中的流动,通过在质量守恒方程中加入沉浸项建立树脂的沉浸模型.利用有限元法对具体的算例进行求解,计算出模具中各点的压力,通过数值结果反映树脂在填充过程中浸润纤维束的速度与向前流动的速度不一致,从而出现半饱和区域的实验现象.结果表明,该模型能较合理地反映多孔纤维预制体的非饱和渗流特性.
Based on the existence of the experimental phenomenon of semi saturated region in the front of resin flow in the liquid forming process of composite materials(LCM),and the primary researches on mechanism of unsaturated seepage in porous fiber performs,the filling process is regarded as the flow of fluid in porous media.By adding immersion term to the mass conservation equation,it established a resin immersion model.And it used finite element method to solve the specific equation to calculate each point pressure in the mold.The numerical results can reflect a difference between the impregnating velocity of resin fiber bundle and the flowing forward velocity of resin in filling process,and then it appears the experimental phenomenon of unsaturated region phenomenon.This research shows that this model can reasonably reflect the unsaturated seepage characteristics of porous fiber preforms.
