摘要
职业教育能有效促进地方经济建设和社会发展,为区域产业转型升级提供有力支撑。结合长江三角洲职业院校发展情况,以合肥职业技术学院为例,对比研究合肥职业教育发展现状和存在问题,分析得出:合肥职业教育的发展,要适应区域产业发展方向和产业布局,形成职业教育凝聚力;要充分融入长江三角洲区域一体化发展,提升区域产业竞争力。同时对合肥职业教育发展提出具体建议:通过加大职业教育公益性项目的投入,提升职业教育内涵建设,加强职业院校协同共建等措施,增强合肥职业教育师生的责任感、荣誉感和使命感,为合肥产业发展和产业结构调整培养和储备更多的职业技术人才,进而推动区域产业转型升级,促进合肥职业教育长足发展。
Vocational education can effectively promote local economic construction and social development,and provide strong support for regional industrial transformation and upgrading.Combined with the development of Vocational Colleges in the Yangtze River Delta,taking Hefei Technical College as an example,this paper makes a comparative study of the current situation and existing problems of the development of Vocational Education in Hefei,and concludes that the development of Vocational Education in Hefei should adapt to the development direction and industrial layout of the region,form the cohesive force of vocational education;fully integrate the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta,and enhance regional industrial competition Power.At the same time,it puts forward specific suggestions for the development of Vocational Education in Hefei:By increasing the investment in public welfare projects of vocational education,enhancing the connotation construction of vocational education,strengthening the collaborative construction of Vocational Colleges and other measures,enhancing the sense of responsibility,honor and mission of vocational education teachers and students of Vocational Education in Hefei,cultivating and reserving more vocational and technical talents for the development of the fertilizer industry and the adjustment of industrial structure,and further promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,promote the rapid development of Vocational Education in Hefei.
