摘要
在"双一流"建设实践中,绝大部分高校选择以学科群的方式推进一流学科建设。这一策略符合知识创新生产的内在逻辑,是作为知识分类体系的本源意义上的学科内在发展的需要,也是作为知识生产与再生产基本单元的制度化学科创新进步的需要。在当前社会建制的制度安排中,学科群建设存在三重困境:知识规划导致学科交叉融合面临先天性困难,功利化学科评价背离知识生产的根本逻辑,科层式治理加剧不同学科间的文化冲突。高校为最大程度地实现学科群的知识创新生产功能,在知识生产与知识政策视域下可以选择以下策略:优化和重构基于不同标准与功用的知识体系,制定和完善充分保护并激励创新的知识政策,塑造和弘扬推动开放融合发展的学科群文化。
In the effort to build first-class universities and disciplines,the vast majority of Chinese universities tend to drive discipline development by fostering discipline clusters.This strategy responds to the inherent call of innovative knowledge production,and serves the need of developing discipline as a system of knowledge classification and as a unit of knowledge production and reproduction.However,under the current social context,discipline clusters are faced with multiple dilemmas in their development.The existing knowledge planning makes it difficult for disciplines to converge.The utilitarian discipline evaluation contradicts the fundamental logic of knowledge production.The hierarchical governance aggravates interdisciplinary conflicts.In order to give full play to discipline cluster’s function of innovative knowledge production,a strategy based on the perspective of knowledge production and knowledge policy is advisable.This strategy focuses on optimizing and restructuring standard-and-function-based knowledge systems,formulating knowledge policies that offer full protection and incentive to innovation,and shaping an inclusive culture for the development of discipline clusters.
