摘要
燃煤锅炉的烟气排放量巨大,导致大量的排烟热损失,有效利用烟气余热对提高燃煤锅炉能量利用效率、降低煤耗有重大意义。鉴于目前燃煤锅炉采用的余热利用方式效率低、易腐蚀等问题,高效安全的技术成为余热利用领域的研究热点。对现阶段的实用技术,如低温省煤器、有机朗肯循环等烟气余热利用方式进行了分析总结。针对燃煤锅炉的特点,对烟气余热利用的安全问题进行分析,并讨论扩展受热面和强化换热等提高烟气余热利用的主要途径,如采用螺旋翅片管、H型翅片管、多孔表面管及烟气深度冷凝。
The emission of flue gas from coal-fired boiler is huge,which leads to a large amount of waste heat loss.Thus,it is of great significance to take advantage of waste heat,which can improve the energy utilization efficiency of coal-fired boiler.The technology of waste heat utilization in coal-fired boiler has many shortcomings,such as low efficiency and corrosion.In this paper,some technologies of waste heat utilization in coal-fired boiler,such as low temperature economizer and organic Rankine cycle,were analyzed.According to the characteristics of coal-fired boiler,the safety of flue gas utilization was studied.The main ways to improve waste heat utilization of flue gas were discussed,such as spiral finned tube,H-shaped finned tube,porous surface tube and deep condensation of flue gas.
