摘要
目的探讨薏苡贝母柴胡汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症患者的疗效。方法选取广东省中西医结合医院内分泌科2019年1—10月收治的54例甲状腺功能亢进症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,每组27例。对照组给予甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上再口服薏苡贝母柴胡汤。比较两组患者临床体征、临床疗效、甲状腺激素水平及中医证候评分。结果治疗后,两组患者心率显著下降,体重明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组心率、体重比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、促甲状腺素受体抗体(TRAb)水平明显下降,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FT3和FT4分别为(5.88±2.03)pmol/L和(14.92±4.19)pmol/L,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分显著降低,观察组得分为(7.19±1.98)分,显著低于对照组(9.41±3.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论薏苡贝母柴胡汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症,可有效降低甲状腺激素水平,改善甲状腺功能,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Yiyi Beimu Chaihu Decoction combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of fifty-four patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to the department of endocrinology in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research subjects from January 2019 to October 2019,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(twenty-seven cases in each group).The control group was treated with methylimidazole,and the observation group was treated with Yiyi Beimu Chaihu Decoction orally on the basis of the control group.Clinical sympotoms,clinical effects and thyroid function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the heart rate of patients in two groups was significantly decreased,and the body weight was significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the heart rate,and body weight(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FT3,FT4,TPOAb,TRAB levels of patients in two groups of patients were significantly decreased,and TSH level was significantly increased(P>0.05).FT3 and FT4 contents in the observation group were respectively(5.88±2.03)pmol/L and(14.92±4.19)pmol/L,which was significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores of patients in two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).The score of the observation group was(7.19±1.98),significantly lower than that in the control group(9.41±3.64)with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiyi Beimu Chaihu Decoction combined with methimazole treatment could effectively reduce the thyroid hormone level,improve the thyroid function and increase the effect of clinical treatment.
