摘要
为了解四川省肉羊养殖污染现状,对不同阶段成都麻羊的产污系数和排污系数进行了测定。结果表明:(1)成都麻羊空怀羊产污系数总氮冬季高于夏季(P<0.05),妊娠羊和育肥羊总磷夏季高于冬季(P<0.05),妊娠羊和空怀羊锌、铜春季及夏季均高于秋冬季(P<0.05),育肥羊夏季高于秋季(P<0.05);妊娠羊化学需氧量(COD)春季及夏季均高于秋冬季(P<0.05),空怀羊夏季高于秋季(P<0.05);3个阶段成都麻羊氨氮夏季高于冬季(P<0.05);(2)成都麻羊排污系数夏季总氮、总磷、锌、铜、有机质、COD、氨氮都显著高于其他三个季节(P<0.05)。试验结果显示,成都麻羊不同生长阶段的产污系数以妊娠羊最高,空怀羊次之,育肥羊最低;总氮、总磷、锌、铜、镉、有机质、COD、氨氮排出量随季节变化有不同变化,排污系数呈现显著的季节性,表现为夏季高,冬季低。
In order to understand the pollution status of goat in Sichuan province,the pollutants production and discharge coefficients in pregnant,non-pregnant and fattening Chengdu Grey Goat in large-scale dairy farm were assessed.The results showed(1) The total nitrogen in pollutant producing coefficient of non-pregnant Chengdu Grey Goats was higher in winter than in summer(P<0.05), the total phosphorus of pregnant goats and fattening goats was higher in summer than in winter(P<0.05). The zinc and copper contents in pollutants of pregnant goats and non-pregnant goats were all higher in both spring and summer than in autumn and winter(P<0.05), that of fattening goats were higher in summer than in autumn(P<0.05). The COD of pregnant goats was higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter(P<0.05),while that of non-pregnant goats was higher in summer than in autumn(P<0.05). In the three stages, the ammonia nitrogen of Chengdu Grey Goats was higher in summer than in winter(P<0.05).(2) Among the pollutants coefficients of Chengdu Grey Goats, the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, zinc, copper, organic matter, COD, ammonia nitrogen were all significantly higher in summer than in other three seasons(P<0.05). The results showed in different growing stages of Chengdu Grey Goats, the pollutants coefficients were the highest for pregnant goats, then non-pregnant goats, and the least for fattening goats. The emission of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, zinc, copper, cadmium, organic matter COD, ammonia nitrogen was different with seasons. And the coefficients varied significantly with seasons, the highest in summer, lowest in winter.
