淤泥地层中盾构上穿近接地铁线施工稳定性研究 被引量:12

摘要 淤泥地层盾构隧道上穿邻近地铁隧道施工难度大、风险高。为了研究淤泥层中盾构上穿近接既有地铁线路的影响规律及控制效果,以深圳地铁5号线右线上穿近接地铁11号线为背景,提出采用旋喷桩联合袖阀管注浆加固技术来提高地基强度并降低对已运营地铁线路的扰动,结合数值模拟和自动化监测数据结果,分析淤泥地层中盾构上穿近接既有地铁线施工稳定性控制效果,并给出盾构掘进参数的建议值。结果表明:旋喷桩联合袖阀管注浆加固技术可对线路起到长期保护作用;盾构施工过程中,5号线上部地表隆起和沉降量维持在3 mm范围内浮动;在该加固技术条件下,建议土仓压力、注浆压力、推进速度、同步注浆量取值分别为0.14~0.20 MPa,0.15~0.2 MPa,25~35 mm/min,6.5~7.0 m^3/环。 It is difficult and risky to construct shielded tunnel overcrossing an adjacent metro tunnel in silt stratum.In order to analyze the influence law and control effect,the shielded tunnel of No.5 Line overcrossing an adjacent metro tunnel on No.11 Line in the silt stratum in Shenzhen is studied.The combination of jet grouting pile with sleeve valve pipe grouting technique is put forward to improve the foundation strength and reduce the disturbance to the operating metro line No.11.The effect of the construction control measures of shield tunnel overcrossing an adjacent metro tunnel in the silt stratum is analyzed and validated by numerical simulation results and field monitoring data.Moreover,the shielded tunneling parameters are also suggested.The research results show that the jet grouting pile combined with sleeve valve pipe grouting technique can play a longterm role in the protection of the metro line;during the shield construction,the ground surface uplift or settlement over the No.5 Line fluctuates within 3 mm.For this reinforcement technology,it is suggested that the supporting pressure of working chamber,the grouting pressure,the pushing speed of shield and the synchronous grouting amount should be 0.14~0.20 MPa,1.5~2.0 MPa,25~35 mm/min and 6.5~7.0 m^3/ring respectively.
