摘要
为进一步提高化工企业无组织废气处理效果,采用喷淋+多填料卧式生物滤池工艺处理低浓度混合废气。运行结果表明:喷淋+多填料卧式生物滤池工艺对VOCs、NH3和H2S平均去除率分别达到92.6%、84.3%、88.0%,多填料卧式生物滤池对VOCs平均去除率达到90.7%;厂界无组织废气污染物浓度达一级标准,废气处理成本为6.32元/万m^3。
In order to improve the treatment effect of unorganized waste gas of chemical enterprises,spray+multi-filler horizontal biological filter process was used to treat low-concentration mixed waste gas.The results show that the average removal rate of VOCs,NH3 and H2S of this process are 92.6%,84.3%,and 88.0%,respectively.The average removal rate of VOCs of the multi-filler horizontal biological filter reaches 90.7%.The concentration of unorganized waste gas in the plant boundary satisfies the first level standard.The unit treatment cost of volume waste gas is 6.32 yuan/(10,000 m^3).
