摘要
反激变压器是点火装置的核心部件,起到能量储存及传递的作用。详细论述了气隙与漏感对变压器性能的影响,并结合Saber软件,仿真分析了不同漏感变压器对电路的影响,最后结合实例进行了对比验证,仿真与实验结果吻合。研究结果为后续点火装置反激变换电路设计提供了理论依据,从而可提高产品工作的可靠性。
Flyback transformer is the core component of ignition device,which plays the role of energy storage and transmission.In the paper,the influence of air gap and leakage inductance on the performance is discussed in detail.And combined with Saber software,the influence of different leakage inductance transformers on the circuit is simulated and analyzed.Finally,combined with an example,the results are compared and verified,and simulation and experimental results are consistent.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the Flyback converter circuit design of the follow-up ignition device,and improves the reliability of the product.
