摘要
TI蜗杆齿面为空间异形螺旋曲面,数控车削编程困难。针对TI蜗杆车削关键加工流程,设计了对应的软件模块,开发了CAM软件。工件参数输入后能够实现数控车削程序自动输出,使企业能够更方便地应对不同规格的TI蜗杆加工,提高生产效率。
The tooth surface of TI worm is a special-shaped spiral surface,so it is difficult to program in NC turning.In this paper,the corresponding software modules are designed according to the key machining process of TI worm turning,and the CAM software is developed.The NC turning program can be outputted automatically after inputting the workpiece parameters.So that the enterprise can more easily cope with different specifications of TI worm machining,and the production efficiency can be improved.
