摘要
为探索重大突发事件中制造业基层员工心理健康水平和情绪特征,采用SCL-90症状与自评量表对制造业1002名员工的躯体化、焦虑、抑郁水平进行调研,通过与中国常模进行对比,采用回归分析和Bootstrap中介作用分析。结果显示:躯体化、焦虑、抑郁之间有显著性差异(p<0.05);降薪幅度在5%~10%区间的个体躯体化症状更严重;文化程度低的个体更易被降薪,而该群体对社会经济发展持更乐观的态度;文化程度在降薪幅度对躯体化的影响过程中有中介效应。因此,在重大突发事件中应结合员工职业技能水平进行援助和支持。对制定针对性员工援助方案、完善特殊时期的组织公平感和社会和谐环境有参考价值。
To explore the mental health and emotion symptoms of grass-roots employees in manufacturing industry in major emergencies,1,002 employees of enterprises are investigated with SCL-90,symptom checklist to check their somatization symptoms,anxiety and depression.Regression analysis and Bootstrap analysis are used to compare with the norm standard of China,the result shows that there are significant differences on somatization,anxiety and depression when the value of p is less than 0.05.The somatization symptoms of employees with 5%to 10%salary reduction is more serious than employees with other salary reduction ranges.People with low educational level are more likely to suffer from salary reduction,but they are more optimistic in social economic development.Education level has a mediating effect on the influence of salary reduction on somatization.Therefore,in the background of major emergencies,it’s supposed to assist and support employees by their level of professional skills.This study can provide reference value for making staff assistance program,and improving the sense of organizational justice and social harmony in the special period.
