Research on intelligent management and control system of coal yard in thermal power plant

摘要 当前国内对能源需求放缓,电力产能过剩的矛盾依然存在,为有效应对复杂的电力和煤炭市场形势,本文阐述了目前火力发电厂在煤场管理存在燃煤混乱堆放、煤场设备自动化程度低、信息融合困难等诸多问题,提出建设智慧煤场管控系统,实现煤场三维建模、堆取料机自动作业、煤场信息化管理、科学配煤掺烧,深入挖掘内部潜力,提升燃料控价能力,降低发电成本,增强盈利能力。 In view of the slowdown of domestic energy demand,the contradiction of excess power capacity still exists,in order to effectively deal with the complex electricity and coal market situation,This paper expounds many problems existing in coal yard management of thermal power plants,such as confused coal-burning stacking,low automation of coal yard equipment,difficulty in information fusion,etc.This paper presents the construction of Intelligent Management and Control System in Coal Yard to achieve 3D modeling of coal yard,automatic operation of stacker reclaimer,Coal yard information management and Scientific coal blending.Deeply tap the internal potential,enhance fuel price control ability,reduce power generation costs and enhance profitability.
