摘要
目的探究微小RNA(miR)-26a在胃癌患者血清中的表达及其对该病的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月于石家庄市第一医院就诊的胃癌患者120例作为观察组,选择同期于本院进行健康体检诊断为良性肿瘤者120例作为对照组,利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测2组患者血清中miR-26a的表达量,分析miR-26a表达量与胃癌临床病理特征的相关性,同时构建观察组患者受试者工作特征曲线,分析miR-26a在诊断胃癌方面的临床价值。结果观察组患者血清中miR-26a表达量明显低于对照组患者[(1.03±0.09)比(5.38±0.23)],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。miR-26a表达量与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移以及局部浸润深度相关(均P <0.05),与患者性别、年龄、家族史、肿瘤直径、分化程度无关(均P> 0.05);血清中miR-26a诊断胃癌的受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.831(95%置信区间0.631-0.879),敏感度为0.720,特异度为0.823。结论 miR-26a在胃癌患者血清中呈现低表达,且其表达量与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移以及局部浸润深度相关,其在胃癌诊断方面具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum microRNA(miR)-26 a in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Totally 120 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Shijiazhuang First Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as observation group;120 patients with benign tumors who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression of serum miR-26 a of the two groups was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction;the correlation between miR-26 a expression and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer was analyzed;the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of patients in observation group was used to analyze the clinical value of miR-26 a in diagnosis of gastric cancer.Results The expression of serum miR-26 a of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(1.03±0.09)vs(5.38±0.23)];the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of miR-26 a was correlated with tumor node metastasis(TNM)stage,lymph node metastasis and local invasion(all P<0.05).The expression of miR-26 a was not correlated with sex,age,family history,tumor diameter and degree of differentiation(all P>0.05).The area under ROC curve of miR-26 a in serum for the diagnosis of gastric cancer was 0.831(95%confidence interval was 0.631-0.879).The sensitivity and specificity were 0.720 and 0.823 respectively.Conclusions The expression of serum miR-26 a of patients with gastric cancer is low;the expression is related to TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and local invasion.
