摘要
目的探讨活血化瘀汤在跟骨骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析2018年2月—2019年6月治疗的跟骨骨折术后肿胀患者(85例)的临床资料,视其药物治疗方案的不同,分为对照组(常规西医治疗,42例)与观察组(常规治疗+活血化瘀汤,43例).2组均连续治疗7 d,对比2组患者治疗前后血液流变学变化,并观察2组患者治疗前、治疗7 d时肿胀情况.结果治疗前,2组全血黏度、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组全血黏度、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原水平均低于治疗前,且与对照组相比,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,2组肢体肿胀率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组(59.52%)相比,观察组肢体肿胀率(37.21%)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论活血化瘀汤治疗跟骨骨折术后患者,利于改善患者血液流变学变化,降低肿胀率.
Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction on calcaneal fracture patients.Methods The clinical data of patients with calcaneal fracture swelling after operation(85 cases)treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plan of their drugs,they were divided into control group(routine western medicine treatment,42 cases)and observation group(routine western medicine treatment and Huoxue Huayu decoction,43 cases).The two groups were treated continuously for 7 days,and the hemorheological changes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the swelling of the two groups before and after treatment for 7 days were observed.Result Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte specific volume and fibrinogen levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Huayu decoction is beneficial to improve calcaneal fracture and the hemorheology of the patient,and reduce the swelling rate.
