摘要
目的探讨显微镜下根尖手术治疗牙髓病合并根尖周病的疗效。方法入选本组研究的80例牙髓病合并根尖周病患者均来自我院,病例资料选取时间从2018年1月至2019年1月,按照盲选方法将80例患者分成两组。对照组40例患者采用传统的根尖手术进行治疗,研究组40例患者采用显微镜根尖手术进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,记录两组的炎症消退时间和口腔恢复时间,并观察不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率为95.00%,明显大于对照组的有效率(77.50%),数据相比较差异有显著性(χ^2=5.164,P <0.05)。研究组患者的炎症消退时间和口腔恢复时间均明显短于对照组(t=7.110、11.029,P <0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的有效率(20.00%),组间相比较差异有显著性(χ^2=4.114,P <0.05)。结论显微镜下根尖手术治疗牙髓病合并根尖周病疗效显著,可加速炎症消退,促进口腔早日恢复,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the eff ect of apical surgery under microscope in the treatment of endodontic disease combined with periapical disease.Methods Eighty patients with endodontic disease and periapical disease enrolled in this group of study were all from our hospital.The case data were selected from January 2018 to January 2019.The 80 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the blind selection method.40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional apical surgery,and 40 patients in the research group were treated with microscope apical surgery.The clinical eff ects of the two groups were compared,and the infl ammation subsided time and oral recovery time of the two groups were recorded,and the observation was adverse reactions rate.Result The clinical treatment eff ective rate of patients in the research group was 95.00%,which was signifi cantly higher than the eff ective rate of the control group(77.50%),and the data were signifi cantly diff erent compared to calculations(χ^2=5.164,P<0.05).The infl ammation subsided time and oral recovery time of the research group were signifi cantly shorter than those of the control group(t=7.110,11.029,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 5.00%,which was signifi cantly lower than the eff ective rate in the control group(20.00%).The diff erence between the groups was signifi cant(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Microscopic apical surgery has a signifi cant eff ect on the treatment of endodontic disease combined with periapical disease.It can accelerate the resolution of infl ammation,promote early recovery of the oral cavity,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
