摘要 目的:定量分析小儿咳喘灵口服液中主要成分的含量。方法:高效液相色谱仪中采用二极管阵列检测器,建立小儿咳喘灵口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱及细辛脂素的含量测定方法。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱及细辛脂素分别在其最大吸收波长下达到基线分离,分离度及线性关系均达到《中国药典》的要求。盐酸麻黄碱在0.0093~0.0930 mg/mL(r=0.9999)、盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.0029~0.0290 mg/mL(r=0.9998)、细辛脂素在0.6~6.0 μg/mL(r=09998)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系。结论:本研究所建立的方法简单易行,重现性好,成本较低,可用于医院制剂室中小儿咳喘灵口服液的质量控制。 Objective: To quantitative analyze the main components in Xiao’er Kechuanling oral solution. Methods: The determination methods for ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and asarinin in Xiao’er Kechuanling oral solution were established by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector( HPLC-DAD). Results: Ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and asarinin were well separated under the maximum absorption wavelength. Both the degree of separation and linear relationship met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Ephedrine hydrochloride was linear within the range from 0. 009,3 to 0. 093,0 μg/m L( r =0. 999,9).Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear within the range from 0. 002,9 to 0. 029,0 mg/m L( r = 0. 999,8). Asarinin was linear within the range from 0. 6 to 6. 0 μg/m L( r = 0. 999,8). Conclusion: The method is simple,reproducible with lower cost,and can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Kechuanling oral solution in hospital preparation room.
