直吹式制粉系统启动全程自动控制设计与应用 被引量:6

摘要 随着电厂自动化水平不断提升,制粉系统作为独立的系统可以设计成为一个全程自动的完善系统。制粉系统启动全程自动控制适用于直吹式制粉系统,通过对制粉系统运行情况分析,针对磨煤机启动前的全冷态阶段残煤处理、暖磨温度调节,启动时给煤量控制,点火时温度调节等制定相应的控制策略。在赤峰新城热电厂2×300 MW机组中实现了投运,实际应用效果良好。 With the continuous improvement of power plant automation level,the pulverizing system as an independent system can be designed as a complete automatic system.The application of the whole process automatic control and start-up system of the pulverizing system proposed in this paper are suitable for the direct blowing pulverizing system.Through the analysis of the pulverizing system operation,the corresponding control strategies are formulated for the residual coal treatment and warm-up temperature regulation in the whole cold stage before the start-up of the pulverizer,the control of the coal feeding quantity during the start-up and the temperature regulation during the ignition.It has been applied and put into operation in 2×300 MW Thermal power unit in Chifeng.
