摘要
教师职业技能是教师必须具备的基本能力,是教师入职和职后发展的条件和基础。在"能力本位""实践导向"的教师教育理念下,高等师范院校愈发重视职前教师职业技能的训练。本文分析了职前教师职业技能训练存在的问题,阐述了依托课程群、学生社团和竞赛、校外实习、网络学习空间等"四个课堂"训练路径,并提出"四个构建"行动策略:构建教师职业技能训练的实践平台,融通并综合使用校内外资源;构建基于"四个课堂"的技能训练多维路径,增强课程与教学的实践性;构建"双导师"合作模式,共同引领职前教师职业技能的有效提升;构建多元化职业技能评价体系,促成技能训练的良性发展。
Teachers’professional skills are the basic abilities required by teachers,and they are the conditions and basis for teachers’entry and post-service development.Under the"competence-based"and"practice-oriented"concept of teacher education,higher normal schools attach more and more importance to the training of pre-service teachers’professional ability.This article analyzes the problems of pre-service teachers’professional skills training,and elaborates the"four-classroom"training paths which include relying on curriculum groups,student associations and competitions,off-campus internships,and online learning spaces.Four action strategies are put forward:building a practical platform for teachers’professional skills training,integrating and comprehensively using internal and external resources of the schools;creating multi-dimensional paths of skills training based on the"four-classroom"to enhance the practicality of courses and teaching;establishing a"dual mentor"cooperation model to jointly lead the effective promotion of pre-service teachers’professional ability;constructing multi-dimensional professional skills evaluation system to promote the sound development of skills training.
