摘要
毕业生就业质量是评估民办高校质量的主要指标之一。文章基于毕业生就业追踪与管理的角度,展开对民办高校质量监控体系建设研究,理清民办高校办学质量与毕业生就业质量的理论关系,通过构建模型,对民办高校毕业生就业质量及其影响因素进行分析,根据理论与实证研究结果,提出了建设民办高校质量监控体系的措施,以期能够为民办高校质量及其毕业生就业质量的提升提供一定的参考。
The employment quality of graduates is one of the main indicators to evaluate the quality of private universities.From the perspective of managing and tracking the graduate employment,the paper carries out the research on private colleges quality monitoring system and tries to clarify the relationship between the quality of higher education and the quality of graduate employment.Through building the model,the local college graduates employment quality and its influencing factors are analyzed,and the measures of construction of private colleges quality monitoring system are proposed according to the theory and empirical research results in order to provide some reference for private colleges quality and the quality of graduate employment promotion.
