摘要
科技论文是研究成果的主要形式之一,也是反映研究组织和科技人员科研能力和学术水平的重要标志。本文通过网上调研法从知网、维普等数据库了解案例企业中文科技期刊发文情况,并结合案例企业实际,整理分析相关资料信息;采用文献计量学方法,从刊文量、作者分布、涉及领域以及引文情况等方面,进一步分析与探讨了近3年徽酒四大上市企业在中文科技期刊发文情况。结果表明,案例企业发文作者以中、初级职称为主,专业及研究方向匹配性较高;发文涉及领域主要包括酿酒微生物、酿酒工艺、分析检测、酒文化等,其中研究性论文占比在71%,其论述更为充分,文章质量有提升;徽酒企业中文科技期刊发文及其引文主要集中在《酿酒科技》《酿酒》等行业期刊。
Scientific and technological papers are one of the main forms of research results,as well as an important symbol of the scientific research ability and academic level of researchers and research organizations.In this paper,academic data from CNKI,CQVIP and other databases were investigated to understand the publishing situation of Chinese sci-tech papers of the case enterprises.Using bibliometrics method,the publishing situation of Chinese sci-tech papers of the four listed Baijiu enterprises in Anhui in the last three years was further analyzed and discussed from the aspects of publication volume,author distribution,fields involved and citation situation.The results showed that most of the authors held primary and medium professional titles,and the matching degree of their specialties and research directions was high.The papers covered the fields of liquor-making microbes,liquor-making technology,analysis and testing,liquor culture,etc.The proportion of research papers was 71%,and the quality of the research papers was higher than other papers.The papers and citations were mainly published in industrial journals,such as“Liquor-making Science&Technology”,“Liquor Making”,etc.
