天然气水合物储层防砂介质挡砂模拟试验与评价方法 被引量:7

Sand-retaining simulation experiment of screen media for formation sand in natural gas hydrate reservoirs and evaluation method

摘要 为构建天然气水合物储层泥质粉细砂挡砂介质综合防砂性能评价方法,使用粒度中值11.4μm的模拟泥质粉细砂样品,进行气液携砂条件下防砂介质的挡砂堵塞模拟试验。使用的挡砂介质为标称精度20和40μm的绕丝筛板、烧结滤网、金属纤维和人造陶粒4类。通过测试过砂率、过砂粒径、堵塞渗透变化以及显微成像等手段分析不同类型介质的挡砂与堵塞规律。基于试验结果分析,定义拟渗透率损害幅度和速度、总体挡砂率、过砂中值粒径等指标,构建包含挡砂、抗堵塞性和流通性能在内的天然气水合物储层泥质细粉砂挡砂介质综合性能评价方法。结果表明挡砂介质挡砂能力随着驱替进行而明显提高;试验条件下,精度40μm的4种介质挡砂率由初始阶段的65%~75%提高到90%~95%,4种介质挡砂性能接近,并且20和40μm两种标称精度下的挡砂性能总体差异低于5%;达到堵塞平衡状态后,4种介质的拟渗透率降幅均大于85%,部分高达95%,总体抗堵塞性均较差,影响挡砂介质的流通性能及产能。 To construct a comprehensive evaluation process of screen media for highly argillaceous fine sand in natural gas hydrate(NGH)reservoirs,a series of sand retaining and plugging simulation experiments were performed during gas-liquid sand carrying flow using fine sand with median size of 11.4μm.The used screen media are wire-wrapped media,metal sintered mesh,metal fiber screen and prepacked ceramsite,with marker accuracy of 20μm and 40μm.During the test,the parameters of passed-sand ratio,passed-sand size,permeability performance were tested in real time to analyze the sand retaining and plugging performance of these media,together with the help of microscopic imaging of plugged media.Based on the experimental results,the indexes of pseudo-permeability damage degree and velocity,general sand retention ratio and passed-sand size were defined to construct the comprehensive evaluation method of screen media for fine sand in NGH reservoirs,which involves the performance of sand retention,anti-plugging,and flow ability.The results indicate that the sand retention ability of screen media tend to improve obviously as the displacement proceeds.Under the experimental conditions,the sand retention ratio for the four sand-retaining media with 40μm increases from 65%-75%to the final 90%-95%,and the sand retention ability are close to each other.Furthermore,the difference of sand retention ability between 20μm and 40μm accuracy is less than 5%.After reaching the steady state of plugging,the damage degree of pseudo-permeability for four sand-retaining media reaches to 85%on average with 95%at maximum.The media show bad anti-plugging performance,which would reduce well productivity.
