摘要
产业学院具有强大的资源整合能力、独特的专业群和高质量的毕业生与应用成果三方面的优势。但产业学院在建设与发展过程中,也受到传统管理文化影响以及治理结构不完善等问题的制约。为此,产业学院应构建科学的运营机制,打造校企利益共同体;进一步优化整合校企资源,促进产业学院的价值增长;紧跟市场,增强产业在专业建设中的作用;立足应用型研究,引领产业创新发展,以充分发挥其优势。
Industrial colleges are equipped with strong resource integration ability,unique professional group,high-quality graduates and application achievements.However,the construction and development of colleges of industry are constrained by the influence of traditional management culture and inadequate governance structure.Therefore,the industrial colleges should establish a scientific operation mechanism,create a community of interests between schools and enterprises,optimize and integrate the resources from schools and enterprises,promote the growth of value of industrial colleges,closely follow the market and enhance the role of industry in the professional construction,and lead the industrial innovation and development based on the application-oriented research so as to give full play to their comparative advantages.
