摘要
为优化硅橡胶涂覆织物的防隔热效率,在硅橡胶基体中添加新型耐烧蚀填料,采用新型骨架材料,制备出耐烧蚀硅橡胶涂覆织物;分别研究了纤维织物、耐烧蚀填料对硅橡胶涂覆织物的柔性、拉伸性能和烧蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:硅橡胶涂覆织物的柔性和拉伸性能主要由纤维织物决定;M40J碳纤维织物作为骨架材料的硅橡胶涂覆织物烧蚀性能更优;当添加短切黏胶基碳纤维作为耐烧蚀填料时,硅橡胶涂覆织物在较高热流条件下(480 kW/m 2、120 s)的防隔热效率更高。
To improve the insulation efficiency of the silicone rubber coated fabrics,a variety of ablative silicone rubber coated fabrics were made by selecting different kinds of fiber fabrics and ablation resistant fillers,and their influences on flexibility,tensile property and ablation property were studied respectively.The result showed that the flexibility and tensile property were mainly determined by the fiber fabrics;the silicone rubber coated fabrics had better ablation performance when the M40J carbon fiber fabric was used as framework material;the insulation efficiency of silicone rubber coated fabrics in high heat flux(480 kW/m 2、120 s)was better when adding chopped rayon based carbon fiber as ablative fillers.
