摘要
袋式除尘器是一种使用纤维材料过滤布将气体中的粉尘过滤去除的除尘设备,常见的滤袋类型为圆形和扁形。在相同的空间大小下,选取同一种滤料材质,基于相等的滤袋表面积,对圆形滤袋袋式除尘器和扁形滤袋袋式除尘器进行分析,对比过滤速度、过滤面积、袋间气流速度等参数,研究两种袋式除尘器的差异。与袋式除尘器相配套,设计了脉冲清灰装置。对脉冲清灰装置的结构与工作原理进行了介绍。
The bag filter is a dust removal device that uses fiber material filter cloth to filter and remove the dust in the gas.The common filter bags are in round and flat types.Under the same space size,the same filter material was selected,based on the equal surface area of the filter bag,the filters with round bag and flat bag were analyzed while comparing the parameters such as the filter speed,the filter area,and the airflow velocity between the bags to study the difference between the two types of bag filters.The pulse dust removal device was designed to match the bag filter.The structure and working principle of the pulse dust removal device were introduced.
