摘要
目的:探究CT及磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染的临床效果。方法:选取我院2018年8月-2019年8月收治的144例中枢神经系统感染患者和健康体检者。按照随机分组法分为对照组健康体检者与观察组中枢神经系统感染患者各72例。对照组与观察组均进行CT及磁共振检查。结果:经检查发现CT检查出的异常及早期病变例数明显低于磁共振检查出的异常及早期病变例数,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振的诊断效果明显优于CT的诊断效果,但对中枢神经系统感染患者,采用CT及磁共振检查方法能够更有助于医务人员对患者进行病情诊断,避免患者错过最佳治疗阶段,具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of CT and MRI diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2019,144 patients with central nervous system infection and healthy patients admitted to our hospital.According to the method of random grouping,72 healthy patients in the control group and 72 patients with central nervous system infection in the observation group were divided.The control group and the observation group were all examined by CT and MRI.Results:The number of abnormal and early lesions detected by CT was significantly lower than that detected by MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic effect of MRI is obviously better than that of CT.However,the use of CT and MRI examination for patients with central nervous system infection can be more helpful for medical staff to diagnose the condition of patients and avoid patients missing the optimal treatment stage.It has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
