摘要
【目的/意义】个人信息蕴含着巨大的经济与社会价值,分析影响个人信息价值衡量的因素,合理评估个人信息的价值,可以为日后个人信息市场的发展打下坚实的基础,对于充分发挥个人信息价值、加强个人信息保护、维护网络安全以及优化社会资源配置均具有重要意义。【方法/过程】本文以个人信息的价值评估问题为着眼点,从个人估值、个人信息特征、市场环境以及社会环境等多个角度出发,梳理了影响个人信息价值评估结果的因素以及各因素影响下的个人信息价值评估方法。【结果/结论】最后对各影响因素下的个人信息估值做出综合性评述,并对个人信息价值评估的未来发展提出建议,为下一步工作指明方向。
【Purpose/significance】Personal information contains huge economic and social values.Analyze the factors affecting the evaluation results of personal information,and rationally evaluate the value of personal information,which can lay a solid foundation for the development of the personal information market in the future,and it’s significant on fully exploiting the value of personal information,improving personal information protection,maintaining network security,and optimizing social resource allocation.【Method/process】This paper focuses on the value measurement of personal information,sorts out the influencing factors of personal information value measurement and the evaluation methods of personal information value under the influence of various factors from the perspective of personal valuation,personal information characteristics,market environment and social environment.【Result/conclusion】Finally,making a comprehensive comment on the evaluation of personal information under various influencing factors,putting forward suggestions on the future development of the measurement of personal information value,and pointing out the direction of the next step.
