摘要
驰张振动筛以机械设备的一张一弛运动而实现矿石物料筛分目的的,在煤炭资源、金属矿石、石油钻井物料分级中应用极为广泛,并显著的提高了矿山生产效率。但是国产驰张振动筛的整体性能较差,筛分过程中对振动筛损害严重。本文以仿真模拟为基础,分析了影响张弛振动筛筛分质量的影响因素,进而提高了张弛振动筛不同元件结构的优化措施,使得振动筛的筛分能力和质量显著增加,并在实际应用中取得了良好的应用效果。
Tension vibrating screen with the movement of mechanical equipment to achieve the purpose of ore material screening,in coal resources,metal ore,oil drilling materials classification is very widely used,and significantly improve the mine production efficiency.But the overall performance of the domestic tension vibrating screen is poor,the damage to the vibrating screen in the screening process is serious.Based on the simulation,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the screening quality of the relaxation vibrating screen,and then improves the optimization measures of different component structures of the relaxation vibrating screen,so that the screening capacity and quality of the vibration screen are significantly increased,and good application results have been obtained in the practical application.
