摘要
传统实验教学模式一方面不能很好地将理论和实践相结合,另一方面也不能很好地激发学生的积极性和创造性。本文阐述了将建构主义问题式学习引入实验教学中,以细胞凋亡检测和分析实验教学为例,介绍了建构主义问题式学习在课程教学中的实践应用。实践表明,建构主义问题式学习的教学模式通过对学生系统的科学思维训练,促进了学生学习的自主性,提高了学生独立分析、解决问题的能力和创新思维能力,提高了学生的实验技能,有利于学生科研能力的提高。
The traditional pattern experimental teaching can not combine theory learning with practice well,it also fails to arouse students’enthusiasm in learning and creativity.This work elaborated the application of the teaching pattern of constructivism problem-based learning(PBL)on experimental teaching courses.Taking the detection and analysis of cell apoptosis as an example,we introduced the practical application of PBL in experimental courses.Our teaching practice showed that the teaching pattern of PBL could systematically train the students’scientific thinking.The teaching mode of PBL improved the students’ability of selflearning,independent problem-analyzing/solving,and creative thinking.It also improved their experimental skills and the ability on scientific research.
