摘要 为确保液压支架立柱表面损伤修复效果,对激光熔覆材料的优化配比进行测试与研究。以不同浓度的聚乙烯醇溶液为粘结剂,以不同质量分数的Ni、Mo、Si、Cr粉末为熔覆金属,对划伤的立柱表面进行激光熔覆处理,得出熔覆原料对立柱表面修复效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:5%浓度的粘结剂可细化晶粒尺寸,受溢出气体的影响较小,使得熔覆表面薄厚均匀、形状规则;当Mo与Si元素的含量相等时,可确保激光熔覆表面具有适中的强度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能。 In order to ensure the repairing effect of the damage on the surface of the hydraulic support column,the optimal ratio of laser cladding materials was tested and studied.Using polyvinyl alcohol solution of different concentration as binder and Ni,Mo,Si,Cr powder of different mass fraction as cladding metal,laser cladding treatment was carried out on the scratched column surface,and the influence rule of cladding materials on the column surface repair effect was obtained.The results show that the 5%concentration binder can refine the grain size,which is less affected by the overflow gas,making the cladding surface thin and uniform with regular shape.When the element content of Mo and Si is equal,the laser cladding surface has moderate strength,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
