摘要
为解决矿用提升机工作过程中电动机频繁正、反转带来的运行不平稳问题,采用DSP控制器进行变频调速。对矿井提升机变频调速原理进行分析,设计了变频调速系统结构以及控制电路,采用模块化的方式进行程序编写,可在主程序中调用子程序,阐述了主程序和子程序的运行流程。采用仿真实验对基于DSP的矿井提升机变频调速系统的性能进行测试,实验结果显示,该系统在调速过程中电流变化平稳,响应速度快,具有很好的抗干扰性。
In order to solve the problem of unstable operation caused by frequent forward and reverse rotation of the motor during the working process of the mine hoist,DSP controller was used for variable frequency speed regulation.The principle of variable frequency speed regulation of mine hoist was analyzed,the system structure and control circuit of variable frequency speed regulation system was designed.Modular way was used to write the program which can call the subprogram in the main program.The operation process of the main program and subprogram were explained.The simulation test was used to test the performance of the frequency conversion speed regulation system based on DSP.The test results show that the system has stable current changes,fast response speed and good anti-interference during the speed regulation process.
