摘要
广西是中国桑蚕茧生产第一大省,桑蚕茧效益与蚕桑产业的可持续高质量发展紧密相关。近年来桑蚕茧的生产成本不断提高,产业比较效益出现下滑,对广西蚕桑产业的发展造成了一定程度的影响。结合当前广西桑蚕茧生产经营各方面情况和蚕桑产业未来发展方向,通过分析生产经营的气候地理、品种、种养技术体系、种业体系等优势,生产模式、物资市场监管、蚕茧收烘市场、茧丝绸精深加工等方面的劣势,具有的配套政策、市场拉动等机会,以及在产业效益、茧丝价格、丝绸出口等方面存在的威胁,从转变生产经营方式、拓宽增收渠道、提升生产技术水平、重视品牌建设等方面,提出了加速推进桑蚕茧生产的规模化、集约化、省力化、多元化和品牌化,提高广西桑蚕茧生产效益的建议。
Guangxi is the largest province for mulberry cocoon production of China,economic benefit of mulberry cocoon closely relates to the sustainable development with high-quality of sericulture.With the escalating production costs of mulberry cocoon in recent years,industrial comparative benefit has declined,and made some impact on the development of Guangxi sericulture.Combined with production and business operation situation of Guangxi mulberry cocoon and sericulture future directions,the authors analyzed the advantages of production and business in climate and geography,variety,planting and breeding technical system,seed industry system,etc.;the disadvantages of production pattern,material market supervision,cocoon market and silk deep-processing,etc.;opportunities in matching policies and market expanding,etc.,and threatens in industrial benefit,cocoon and silk price,silk export,etc.Finally,suggestions were put forward to accelerate the promotion of large-scale,intensified,labor-saving,diversified and branding of silkworm cocoon production,and to improve the efficiency of silkworm cocoon production in Guangxi from changing mode of production and business,expanding income sources,developing production skills,paying more attention to brand building and so on.
