航空发动机球轴承外圈剥落机理分析 被引量:8

摘要 针对航空发动机球轴承外圈滚道发生的剥落故障,利用视频显微镜、扫描电镜等设备对剥落外圈滚道表面进行宏、微观观察和分析,明确故障外圈的剥落性质为滚动接触疲劳。在滚道剥落起始位置存在严重的碳化物偏聚现象,在未剥落区存在大量由于基体碳化物脱落所致的麻坑,在滚道表面局部可见机加过程中混入的氧化铝颗粒,导致表面划伤和剥落。经分析表明:碳化物偏聚及残留的氧化铝颗粒是引起轴承外圈剥落的主要原因。建议在原材料生产过程中严格控制碳化物的形状、尺寸及分布状态,避免碳化物偏聚,同时在机加过程中优化磨削加工、表面清洗等工艺,消除滚道表面残留的氧化铝颗粒。 Aiming at the spalling failure of the outer ring raceway of aeroengine ball bearing,the surface of the spalling outer ring raceway was observed and analyzed by video microscope and scanning electron microscope.It was clear that the spalling property of fault outer ring was rolling contact fatigue.There was serious carbide segregation at the starting position of the raceway spalling,and there were a lot of pits in the no spalling areas due to the shedding of the matrix carbide,and the alumina particles mixed in the process of machining could be seen locally on the raceway surface,which leaded to the surface scratch and spalling.The results show that carbide segregation and residual alumina particles are the main causes of the bearing outer ring spalling.It is suggested that the shape,size and distribution of carbides should be strictly controlled in the process of raw material production to avoid the segregation of carbides,and the grinding process and surface cleaning should be optimized in the process of machining to eliminate the residual alumina particles on the raceway surface.
