摘要 为改进玫瑰花蕾采摘机作业方式,提高采摘效率,运用访谈法和层次分析法确定用户需求权重,采用QFD分析了采摘机的结构、功能及造型等关键设计要素,基于TRIZ理论提出了设计思路。按照整体功能要求完成了采摘机的设计,通过样机测试表明花蕾采摘效率明显提高,证明方案具有一定的可行性,可为采摘收集设备设计提供参考。 In order to improve operation method of rose buds and picking efficiency,interview method and analytic hierarchy process were used to obtain the weight of customer requirements.QFD method was used to analyze key design elements,including structure,function and modeling of harvesting machine.The design idea was proposed based on TRIZ theory.The design of picking machine was completed according to the overall functional requirements.The field test of the prototype revealed that the picking efficiency was improved apparently,and the feasibility of the design scheme was verified.This could provide references for the design of picking and collection equipment.
