摘要
根据飞云江跨海特大桥主梁结构设计特点,从制造成本、后期残值回收效益、设计监控硬性要求等方面,在已有项目桥式起重机配置方案的基础上进行改制设计,使工程达到高效利用现有资源、避免设备浪费、降低成本的目的。改制后的桥式起重机主要由主结构架、锚固系统、行走系统、起升系统、吊具系统、桥面板吊装系统组成。
According to the design characteristics of the main beam structure of Feiyun River Sea-crossing Bridge,based on the existing project bridge crane configuration scheme,this paper redesigned the bridge crane from the aspects of manufacturing cost,late residual value recovery benefit,design monitoring and hard requirements,which achieves the goal of efficient utilization of existing resources, avoiding equipment waste and reducing cost. The redesigned bridge crane is mainly composed of the main structure frame,anchoring system,walking system,lifting system,spreader system,bridge panel hoisting system.
