摘要
杭州钱江路跨运河南半幅桥为公路下承式三跨简支钢桁架桥。施工中采用"步履式多点同步累积顶推"技术,重点介绍利用12组顶推器进行4次累积215m顶推作业关键技术,并对卸载落梁技术、前后导梁设计与施工、临时支架设计与施工及钢管桩施工等技术进行介绍。
The south half of Hangzhou Qianjiang Road Cross Canal Bridge is a simple supported steel truss bridge. The multi-point synchronous walking incremental launching method is adopted in construction of the bridge. The key technologies were introduced about the 215 m incremental launching divided into 4 times by 12 pushing devices. In addition,the unloading and girder falling technology,the design and construction of the nose girder in the front and back,the design and construction of the temporary support structures and the construction of the steel-pipe pile were also introduced.
