摘要
肠道菌群紊乱既是导致溃疡性结肠炎的原因,也是溃疡性结肠炎病变的结果。中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎和调节肠道菌群有良好的疗效,提示中医药在调控肠道菌群方面具有一定的科学依据。但目前不同证型溃疡性结肠炎与肠道菌群特征性差异研究并不深入,中医药分证型调控溃疡性结肠炎肠道菌群机制尚不明确。本文就二者之间相关研究作一综述。
Intestinal flora disorder is not only the cause of ulcerative colitis,but also its result.TCM has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and the regulation of intestinal flora,suggesting that TCM has certain scientific basis in the regulation of intestinal flora.However,the research on the characteristic differences between ulcerative colitis and intestinal flora of different syndrome types is not in-depth,and the mechanism of regulating intestinal flora of this disease through TCM syndrome differentiation is not clear.This article reviews related research.
