摘要
通过分析近10年Web of Science核心合集数据库中环氧树脂阻燃与增强的相关文献,综述了环氧树脂阻燃增强的主要方法,介绍了通过阻燃剂分子设计、同时添加阻燃剂和无机纳米粒子或纤维填料实现环氧树脂阻燃与增强的研究成果,并通过极限氧指数(LOI)、最大热释放速率(PHRR)以及冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度等性能参数对复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能进行了评价。指出了目前阻燃增强环氧树脂方法存在的不足,并对其未来的研究方向进行了展望。
The methods of flame retardant and reinforcement of EP were reviewed by analyzing the literatures on flame retardant and reinforcement of EP in the core collection database of Web of Science in recent 10 years.The research results including EP flame retardant and reinforcement by flame-retardant molecular design,simultaneous addition of flame retardant and inorganic nanoparticles or fiber fillers was introduced.The flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the composites were respectively evaluated by limiting oxygen index(LOI),peak of heat release rate(PHRR)and impact strength,tensile strength or flexural strength.The respective shortcomings of the methods of flame retardant and reinforcement of EP were proposed,and prospected its future research directions.
