摘要
随着城乡一体化进程的不断推进,很多城中村环境污染问题也日趋严重,这不仅影响居民的身体健康,也给城乡一体化发展带来了困难。以南京市近郊一城中村为例,先分析该村的地理概况、环境污染现状,然后分析造成污染的原因,并针对该村特殊的环境问题,因地制宜地提出治理的建议,包括租客租前教育、完善环境卫生治理机制、有效治理生活和建筑垃圾及城中村农副产业的环境治理,最后再从不同主体出发形成连同治理模式。结语部分呈现的是笔者在实地调查过程中的思考,和对城中村环境治理的展望与愿景。
With the continuous progress of urban-rural integration,environmental pollution in many urban villages is becoming increasingly serious,which not only affects the health of residents,but also brings difficulties to the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Taking a village in a suburb of nanjing city as an example,this paper first analyzes the geographical situation of the village and the current situation of environmental pollution,then analyzes the causes of the pollution,and puts forward Suggestions on how to deal with the special environmental problems in the village according to local conditions.Including pre-lease education for tenants,improvement of environmental sanitation governance mechanism,effective governance of household and construction waste,and environmental governance of agricultural and sideline industries in urban villages.The conclusion part presents the author's thinking in the field investigation process and the prospect and vision of the environmental governance of the village in the city.
