摘要
目的分析急性白血病患者血清相关酶类、生长因子及贫血相关因子的水平及临床价值。方法选择我院2014年1月至2018年9月收治的35例初治急性白血病患者,按照白血病类型将其分为急性非淋巴细胞白血病组(23例)和急性淋巴细胞白血病组(12例),另外选取35例同期体检健康者作为对照组。比较三组研究对象血清相关酶类、生长因子及贫血相关因子水平。结果急性非淋巴细胞白血病组、急性淋巴细胞白血病组的LDH、α-HBDH水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。急性非淋巴细胞白血病组、急性淋巴细胞白血病组的VEGF、TSGF水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。急性非淋巴细胞白血病组、急性淋巴细胞白血病组的EPO、Ferritin、VB12水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);三组的FA水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对急性白血病患者的相关酶类、生长因子水平进行检测有利于该病的辅助诊断及预后评估,且急性白血病患者内部细胞具有肿瘤增殖特性,容易新生血管,出现贫血症状。
Objective To analyze the levels and clinical value of serum related enzymes,growth factors and anemia related factors in patients with acute leukemia.Methods A total of 35 patients with acute leukemia initinally treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2018 were selected and divided into acute non-lymphocytic leukemia group(23 cases)and acute lymphocytic leukemia group(12 cases)according to the leukemia types,in addition,35 healthy patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.The levels of serum related enzymes,growth factors and anemia related factors were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of LDH andα-HBDH in the acute non-lymphocytic leukemia group and acute lymphocytic leukemia group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF and TSGF in the acute non-lymphocytic leukemia group and acute lymphocytic leukemia group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of EPO,Ferritin and VB12 in the acute non-lymphocytic leukemia group and acute lymphocytic leukemia group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in FA levels among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of related enzymes and growth factors levels in patients with acute leukemia are conducive to the auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of the disease,and the internal cells of acute leukemia patients have tumor proliferation characteristics,and are easy to neovascularization and with anemia symptoms.
