蛋氨酸调控畜禽氧化应激的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 蛋氨酸是畜禽必需的氨基酸,在机体中具有广泛而重要的生物学功能。近年来研究表明,限制饮食中的蛋氨酸(MetR)可产生许多生理效应,如延长寿命、预防代谢性疾病和参与调节炎症性疾病。作为评价机体健康水平的重要指标,氧化应激得到越来越多的关注。大量研究证实了MetR对机体氧化应激的正面效应,MetR可通过减少线粒体活性氧产生、调控关键信号通路以及改变miRNAs表达等方式参与氧化应激的调控,从而对畜禽健康产生广泛的影响。围绕MetR对畜禽氧化应激的影响,重点阐述了MetR与氧化应激相关的分子机制。 Methionine is an essential amino acid for livestock and poultry,and has extensive and important biological functions in the body.Recent studies have shown that methionine restriction(MetR)in the diet can lead to many physiological reactions,such as prolonging life span,preventing metabolic diseases and participating in the regulation of inflammatory diseases.As an important indicator for evaluating the health of the body,oxidative stress has received more and more attention.Many studies have confirmed the positive effects of MetR on oxidative stress.MetR can participate in the regulation of oxidative stress by reducing the production of mitochondrial reactive oxygen,regulating key signaling pathways and changing expressions of miRNAs,which has a wide range of effects on the health of livestock and poultry.This paper summarizes the effect of MetR on oxidative stress in livestock and poultry,and expounds the discovered molecular mechanism of MetR and oxidative stress.
