摘要
目的:探讨首发伴睡眠障碍的抑郁障碍(MDD)患者P300指标的变化。方法:根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)睡眠因子评分,将136例首发未治疗的MDD患者分为睡眠障碍组(82例)及非睡眠障碍组(54例);对两组患者进行事件相关电位听觉P300检测,观察指标为Fz、Pz、Cz点N1、P2、N2、P3的潜伏期及P3波幅。结果:睡眠障碍组Fz点P3潜伏期较非睡眠障碍组明显延长(t=2.115,P<0.05);其他观察指标两组间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。Fz点P3潜伏期与患者的病程、年龄、受教育年限及HAMD-17总分无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论:伴睡眠障碍的MDD患者认知功能损害更严重。
Objective:To investigate the changes of P300 index in major depressive disorder(MDD)patients with sleep disturbance.Method:According to the sleep factor score of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMDA-17),136 first-episode untreated MDD patients were divided into sleep disturbance group(n=82)and non-sleep disturbance group(n=54).All of the patients were detected by auditory event-related potential P300.The latencies of N1,P2,N2,P3 and amplitudes of P3 at the points of Fz,Pz and Cz were observed.Results:The latency of P3 at Fz point in the sleep disorder group was significantly longer than that in the non-sleep disorder group(t=2.115,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in other observational indicators between the two groups(all P>0.05).The latancy period of Fz point P3 was not correlated with the course of disease,age,education years and total score of HAMD-17(all P>0.05).Conclusion:The cognitive impairment in MDD patients with sleep disturbance is more serious.
