Treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fractures with steel cable assisted lengthening head and neck intramedullary nails

摘要 目的探讨钢缆辅助加长头颈型髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折的疗效。方法采用钢缆辅助加长头颈型髓内钉治疗47例股骨转子下骨折患者。记录手术情况及骨折愈合情况,末次随访时采用Harris评分评价髋关节功能。结果患者均获得随访,时间5~12个月。46例骨折成功愈合,1例出现术后骨折不愈合,行二次手术后骨折愈合。末次随访时采用Harris评分评价髋关节功能:优27例,良15例,可4例,差1例,优良率为89.4%(42/47)。结论采用钢缆辅助加长头颈型髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折效果良好。 Objective To investigate the effect of steel cable assisted lengthening head and neck intramedullary nails in the treatment of subtrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods The 47 cases of subtrochanteric fractures were treated with lengthening head and neck intramedullary nails assisted with steel cables.Fracture healing and operation condition was recorded after the operation.The Harris score was used to evaluate hip function at the last follow-up.Results All patients were followed up for 5~12 months.Fractures healed successfully in 46 cases,one case showed nonunion after operation,and healed after the second operation.At the last follow-up,the Harris score was used to evaluate hip function,27 cases were excellent,15 cases were good,4 fair,and 1 poor.The excellent and good rate was 89.4%(42/47).Conclusions The effect of femoral subtrochanteric fractures treated with lengthening head and neck intramedullary nails assisted with steel cables is good.
