摘要
[背景/意义]跨媒体叙事是利用多种媒体相互协作、对档案主题故事展开视听诠释的方法,这有助于提升档案馆教育服务的沉浸体验感。[方法/过程]采用描述性研究方法,对档案馆公众教育现状、跨媒体叙事内涵及其参与档案馆公众教育的可行性展开评述,从政策支持、需求导向、内容映射、技术赋能、交互创新等层面找出跨媒体叙事作用于档案馆公众教育的动力所在。[结果/结论]依据“自叙事源头、叙事组织到叙事体验”的逻辑线索,提出重视档案馆藏资源建设、规范跨媒体叙事流程、兼顾“馆—众”双方教育需求、拓宽参与叙事主体力量、维护档案叙事真实性等五个方面的推广策略,旨在为档案馆公众教育转型提供理论借鉴与实践指导。
[Background/Significance]Transmedia storytelling is a method of using multiple media to collaborate and visually interpret archival theme stories,which helps to enhance the immersive experience of archives education services.[Method/Process]Descriptive research method is used to review the current situation of public education in archives,the connotation of transmedia storytelling and the feasibility of its participating in the public education of archives,and analyze transmedia storytelling acting as a driving force for public education in archives from the aspects of policy support,demand orientation content mapping,technology empowerment and interactive innovation.[Result/Conclusion]According to the logical clues from"storytelling source,storytelling organization to storytelling experience",it puts emphasis on the construction of archives collection resources,standardizing the process of transmedia storytelling,balancing the educational needs of the"archive-the public",broadening the participation of storytelling subjects,and maintaining the authenticity of archive storytelling.The promotion strategies of five aspects are to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the public education transformation of the archives.
