摘要
为了准确地鉴定新育成小麦品种的节水抗旱特性,筛选出适宜山西中部旱地种植的小麦新品种,以10份山西中部旱地小麦区域试验品种为材料,采用干旱和灌溉2个处理,通过对水旱条件下抗旱系数、抗旱指数、产量-水分高效利用指数计算,进行了节水抗旱性评价,同时分析农艺性状与抗旱节水指标间的相关性。结果表明,长麦6197、晋太141、汾4862、ZM147、长麦6065和长5553等6个品种抗旱节水性优于对照长6878,晋太141是具有水分高效利用特性的小麦品种;干旱条件下,穗粒数与产量-水分高效利用指数呈极显著正相关(r=0.7395),与抗旱指数呈显著正相关(r=0.6318),说明品种在旱地条件下穗粒数的表现,可作为抗旱节水小麦种质筛选指标;产量和产量-水分高效利用指数间呈极显著相关,干旱、灌溉条件下的产量和抗旱指数分别呈极显著(r=0.9829)和显著相关(r=0.7166)。因此,可利用水旱交替选择育种方法,选育抗旱节水小麦品种。
To accurately identify the water-saving and drought resistance characteristics of newly bred wheat varieties,and screen out new wheat variety suitable for dry land cultivation in the middle of Shanxi province,10 wheat varieties in the middle of Shanxi province were used as materials.Through the calculation of drought resistance coefficient,drought resistance index and yield-water use efficiency index under the conditions of water and drought,the water-saving and drought resistance was evaluated,and the correlation between agronomic traits and drought resistance and water-saving indexes was analyzed.The results showed that the drought resistance and water conservation of Changmai 6197,Jintai 141,Fen 4862,ZM147,Changmai 6065 and Chang 5553 were better than those of the control Chang 6878.Jintai 141 was a wheat variety with high water use efficiency.There was a significant positive correlation between the grain number per ear and yield-water efficient use index(r=0.7395)and drought resistance index(r=0.6318),which indicated that the grain number per ear could be used as a screening index for drought resistance and water-saving wheat germplasm.There was a significant correlation between yield and yield-water efficiency use index.The yield and drought resistance index under drought and irrigation conditions were significantly correlated,which were r=0.9829,r=0.7166,respectively.Therefore,the drought resistant and water-saving wheat varieties can be bred by the alternative selection method of irrigation and drought.
