摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在乳腺肿瘤患者巴德乳腺微创旋切术围术期的应用效果。方法选取2019年1~12月我院行巴德乳腺微创旋切术治疗的80例乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规围术期护理,观察组在此基础上接受针对性护理。比较两组围术期的情绪状态评分、术后住院时间、并发症发生情况及护理总满意度。结果观察组的术前、术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理能改善乳腺肿瘤患者巴德乳腺微创旋切术围术期情绪状态,促进患者术后康复,降低并发症风险,值得临床推荐。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of Bard minimally invasive breast circumcision treated breast tumor.Methods From January to December 2019,80 patients with breast cancer who underwent Bard′s minimally invasive mastectomy in our hospital were selected as objects of study,according to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing on this basis.The changes of perioperative emotional state score,postoperative hospital stay,complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before and after operation,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can improve the perioperative emotional state of patients with breast cancer,promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the risk of complications.
